Ticketo.Pakistan serves as an official ticketing partner and event management platform. We provide:

• Online ticket sales for concerts, theatrical shows, and cultural events.

• Transportation ticketing services.

• Artist management and booking services.

• Event promotion and secure digital verification for organizers.

3. ACCOUNT & SECURITY

• Registration: To purchase tickets, you may be required to create an account. You must provide accurate and current information.

• Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. All activities under your account are your sole responsibility.

• Age Requirement: By using this site, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or are using the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

4. PAYMENT & TRANSACTION

• Payment Methods: We accept secure payments through licensed Pakistani or global gateway, including Easypaisa, JazzCash, and standard Debit/Credit cards.

• Pricing: All prices are listed in PKR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

• Booking Fees: A non-refundable processing fee may apply to each transaction.

5. PASSES & ENTRY POLICIES

• Verification: Every ticket purchased through Ticketo.Pakistan is digitally verified. You must present your e-ticket (digital or printed) at the venue.

• Non-Transferability: Tickets are generally non-transferable and tied to the name provided at checkout. Name changes are strictly prohibited unless specifically authorized by the event organizer.

• Adherence to Rules: Attendees must follow the rules of the venue and the event organizer. Entry may be refused for improper behavior, intoxication, or possession of prohibited items.

6. ARTIST MANAGEMENT & BOOKING

• Contractual Basis: Professional artist booking services are subject to separate, legally binding agreements between the client and Ticketo.Pakistan.

• Liability: While we facilitate bookings, we are not responsible for changes in an artist’s performance schedule due to illness or travel delays.

1. Ticketo reserves the right to update or modify these policies at any time without prior notice.
2. Updated policies will be effective once published on official company platforms.
